I’m a huge proponent of online dating. I met my husband on Match.com four years ago and was online dating well before that. I think all singles should give online dating a shot; it’s a great way to create your own opportunities in the dating world. I like to say that it’s not the only way to meet people (you shouldn’t necessarily rely solely on it), but it’s certainly one very important tool in your dating tool belt. Of course, if you’re going to do online dating, you might as well have the best possible profile, right? I’m continually amazed at the profiles I see — generic, too short, too long, lazy, uninspired, bad pictures. If you had a work presentation, you’d spend time making it awesome, preparing, practicing, right? The same idea goes for your online profile. Make it awesome. And if you don’t know how to do that, well, that’s where I come in — I’ve helped oodles of women create unique and charming profiles that get the attention of quality men.
So if you’re doing online dating and not getting the results you want, what can you do differently with your profile? If you aren’t doing online dating, check out the below infographic, which the folks at Perfect Ring were kind enough to send me. It might just convince you to give it a try.
